Resident Studios range from:

$1,000 – $3,000/MONTH

Pricing is based on the studio selected.

Availability is limited.

5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
6 Days Per Week

Resident access is limited to designated hours.

24-hour access is not included.

MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS

First month's payment and a refundable security deposit equal to one month's studio rate are required before access is provided.

Resident Studio access is subject to an executed agreement and I AM studio policies.

No sleeping or residential use.
No subleasing or transferring access.
Residents are responsible for their clients and guests.
