Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please carefully review our booking policy:

  1. Payment Policy:

    • After making a booking, payment must be processed within 2 hours to confirm your appointment.

    • Failure to process payment within this timeframe will result in an automatic termination of your booking.

    • Payment can be made via the methods provided in your booking confirmation (e.g., CashApp, Zelle).

  2. Booking Confirmation:

    • Your booking will remain tentative until full payment is received.

    • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  4. Late Arrival Policy:

    • If you arrive late, we reserve the right to keep the original end time for your session.

  5. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, your payment will be forfeited.

  6. Communication:

    • Please ensure that your contact information is up to date so that we can reach you if necessary.
